How do I login to the website?
In order to login to the website, you must click on the Login link located at the top-right of the website, to the right of the date and right next to the Signup link. The link will bring you to a page where you must enter your username and password in order to login.

How do I signup for a website membership?
To signup for membership, simple click on the Signup link, next to the Login link at the top-right of the website. The link takes you to the Signup page. Click on the link at the bottom or top of the page and follow the instructions carefully.

How do I pay my membership fee and activate my account?
If you chose not to pay your membership in Step 5 of the signup process, you must login to your temporary account using the username and password that you specified when signing up. After logging in, you must visit the Payment page in order to pay your membership fees. The Payment page is linked on the Login Success page and also on the Not Authorized page.

What's the difference between a Standard and Premium membership?
Refer to the Signup page to answer this question.

How do I change my account information?
If you wish to change any of your account information, such as your E-mail Address, e-mail the website administrator with your Real Name, E-mail Address, Username, Password and what you would like to edit. The change should take place within 48 hours.

I currently have a Standard membership, can I upgrade to Premium?
Yes. Upgrading your membership is done through the Payment page. The Payment page can be accessed on either the Login Success page or your personal Account page. Once you are at the Payment page, following the instructions in order to upgrade your account.

My membership has expired, how do I renew it? What are my options?
Membership renewals are handled via the Payment page. Once your account expires, it will become inactive, but you may still login to it. In order to renew your membership, login to your expired account and go to the Payment page. You will have the option of getting the same membership or upgrading to a better membership. The yearly Standard membership will be discounted if renewed, however; the yearly Premium membership will not.

I lost my Username and/or Password. How can I retrieve it?
In order to receive your login information via E-mail, go to the Login page and you will notice a link for lost or forgotten usernames and passwords. Click on it, enter in your E-mail address, and you'll receive your login information shortly.
